For this project our team created a warm finished basement space where our client was able to entertain family and guests.
This basement layout features a large entertainment area, full bathroom with a Sauna, dedicated rooms for storage, and a custom built table top that wraps around the wall. This basement also includes natural wood accents stained to the clients choice of color. Our team completed this finished basement to its entirety. Which included installing the following carpeting throughout the main area and stairs, waterproof laminate flooring throughout the bathroom, the tile shower surround, all the doors and millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
Custom Bathroom Features: 5x5 steam shower with dual shower heads, subway tile surround with a large shower bench and niche. Other features include a double vanity and a Cedarbrook Sauna kit.
