This custom basement layout features a large entertainment area, complete bathroom remodel with a stand up shower, dedicated room for storage, and one office. Our expert team completed this finished basement to its entirety, including: waterproof laminate vinyl flooring throughout the main area of the basement, carpeting on the stairs, all the doors and millwork, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
Custom Features: Recessed electric fireplace to add a warm accent, custom built butcher block corner desk, and a custom built dry bar finished with a butcher block top which was a necessity for our client as they will be hosting gatherings.
