For this project our expert team was tasked with renovating this client's laundry room so that it served a dual purpose and gave them more functional space. The entire space was demoed down to the rough structure providing our team with a blank canvas to work with. Part of the demo involved removing an existing dog wash area that was no longer in use. Once the demo was completed our team began reconfiguring the room based on the design that was worked out with the client in the beginning stages of this project. Work completed by our team included adding and updating the electrical, drywall installation with a stucco finish, baseboard installation, installation of custom cabinetry to provide additional storage while still maintaining an ecstatic appeal.
Custom Features: Crown molding above the cabinetry and granite countertops.
