THE DETAILS
The process is everything to our team. It gives you a better experience as a customer and keeps our team on task. We begin with Step One, where you contact our office to request an estimate. Step Two is where we will do an in-person estimate on your project. It’s important that you meet our team and get to know how we operate and what we stand for. Step Three is our proposal phase. Within two weeks you’ll receive an in-person proposal from our team—note that proposals are valid for two weeks. Step Four is where it starts to get real. We’ll have a project binder and a hand written plan for you to review. Step Five is where the real fun begins. Our team will start your project and operate within the given timeline.

In the current market, we charge a minimum of $65K for a complete finished basement, but on average our basement projects cost in the range of $70- $85K. Just like any other large home improvement project we do, at the end of the day it depends on scope of project, materials, etc.

We do it all! From full finished basements, all the way down to individual projects like refinishes, tear-outs, and small upgrades. For any need you have in your basement, we can accommodate it, large or small.

Yes. We offer comprehensive digital layouts and 3D renderings complete with finishes, helping our customers visualize their dream basement upgrade. 3D renderings will be completed once a remodeling agreement has been signed.

Yes, we provide fully licensed trades for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC mechanical upgrades in your basement. Our tradesmen have been working with us for many years and can accommodate any custom rough-ins or custom finishes you need for your basement.

All of our equipment and labor for basement remodels carry a minimum 6 month warranty. Depending on the materials, some materials may carry a longer warranty backed by the specific manufacturer.
