For this client in Lyon Township, MI it was important that we used every available space in their basement to accomodate their growing family.
Scope of work completed for this project included "dryfall" painting the main area of the basement, adding a large office, full custom bathroom with a stand up shower, fitness room with 10 lite French Doors, utility room, and construction of a crafting area with plenty of storage and butcher block countertops as well as shelves.
Additional features included recessed LED lighting, waterproof laminate flooring throughout the basement, carpeted office, basement stairs & landing, and large baseboards.
